Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday. Note: we do not ship on federal holidays that fall on weekdays.
- Processing times are 3-10 business days. Orders will not be processed on the weekend or a federal holiday that falls on a weekday.
- Please check to make sure address is correct when placing order. Note: If the wrong address was submitted, you must contact us via email at help@affirmed-beauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in order being shipped to address on file. Affirmed Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address and a refund will not be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Damages/Lost Packages
- To ensure we are providing the best quality, all orders are thoroughly inspected for damages during packaging.
- If your item(s) arrives damaged, you must contact Affirmed Beauty within five (5) days via email at help@affirmed-beauty.com - Sending photos will assist us in resolving your claim. Note: Please do not contact us on social media with damage claims. You must contact us via email. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Affirmed Beauty is not responsible for items that are lost/stolen/damaged during transit. If your item(s) do not arrive at all, you must contact and/or submit a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx.
