Missing Items/Incorrect Order

As a small business, there are bound to be hiccups. At Affirmed Beauty we aim to provide quality service and products. If you have received the wrong product(s) and/or are missing items, please contact us immediately via email at help@affirmed-beauty.com so we can do our best to make it right.

Note: Please be sure to include name, order number and photos for proof of error. You must email us within 72 hours of receiving your order. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We also can not accept any returned items. If your items were damaged in transit, you must reach out to the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged items outside of our possession. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Store credit may be issued on a case by case basis.
